Iliana Iotova takes office as head of state of Bulgaria

Rumen Radev was seen off by citizens in front of the presidential institution today, after announcing his resignation from the post of president in an address to the people on January 19.

With a decision of the Constitutional Court today, Rumen Radev's powers were terminated early, and Iliana Iotova took office as head of state.
