Nevin Feti Advisor for Legal Affairs of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen PlevnelievNevin Feti was born on April 2 1977 in Varna, graduating from high school with a study of French. In 2001, received a master's degree in law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, 2005 Ph.D. in national security protection, from the Academy of the Ministry of Interior. Awarded doctorate for dissertation on the conclusion and execution of contracts with access to classified information.

In 2002, judicial candidate in the Sofia City Court. Lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association (2002-2003), worked at the State Commission on Information Security (2003-2004), held, respectively, the positions of assistant, senior assist and chief assistant at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior (2004-2012). From 2007 to 2011, was Secretary to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria on legal matters. Lecturer in the civil law overview course at the Law Faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. A longtime lecturer at the National Institute of Justice regarding the protection of classified information. Author of numerous articles.
