Powers Devolved to Vice-president Iliana Iotova

By virtue of Decree No. 43 and based on article 104 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria President Rumen Radev devolved the powers to the Vice-president to exercise the President’s powers under article 98 , items 9, 10 and 11 of the Constitution:  

•    To decree the acquisition, resumption, release from, and deprivation of, Bulgarian citizenship
•    To afford asylum
•    To exercise the right to pardon

He also devolved the powers to the Vice-president to exercise the President’s powers stipulated in article 98, item 7 of the Constitution under the Law on Bulgarians living outside the Republic of Bulgaria.
