Expert to the Advisory Commission on the Elimination of Double Taxation regarding the application of the Convention on the Elimination of Double Taxation in connection with the adjustment of profits of associated enterprises 90/436/EEC (2009–2017).

 

Member of the Pardon Commission to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria during the terms: 2012–2017; 2017–2022; 2022–present.

 

Member of the governing bodies of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the Faculty of Law at Sofia University.

 

Areas of academic interest: financial law, tax law, international tax law. Over 40 publications in her areas of academic interest.

 

By Decree No. 116 of March 19, 2026, she was appointed Secretary for Legal Affairs to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, effective April 1, 2026.
