DIMITAR ZDRAVKOV

Dimitar Zdravkov was born in 1989. He graduated with honours from the Geo Milev Mathematical High School in Pleven, majoring in mathematics and physics.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia and Master's degree in Macroeconomics at the University of National and World Economy - Sofia. Currently he is a PhD student in Political Economy at the UNWE. He speaks English and Russian.

He has held various expert positions at the Ministry of Education and Science. Since 2017, he has been appointed to the Presidential Administration as a member of the Commission on Bulgarian Citizenship.

Appointed by Decree No. 107 of 30 March 2022 to the position of Advisor on Innovation to the President.

He has held the position of Chief of Staff to the Minister of Education and Science, Sasho Penov, in the two caretaker governments of President Rumen Radev, taking office on 2 August 2022 and 3 February 2023 respectively.

By Decree No. 120 of 3 July 2023, he was appointed presidential advisor on education.
