Valentin Pavlov (2005)

Valentin Nikolaev Pavlov is a Ph.D. student at th? Scientific Council of the Institute for Parallel Processing at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At the time of receiving the award he was the Vice-President of Rila Solutions - one of Bulgaria’s biggest software companies. His research on linguistic and semantic modeling was used as the basis for a number of projects that the company undertook in Bulgaria, the United States and England. Valentin Pavlov served as the Head of the project for Public Procurement Register of the Republic of Bulgaria, delivered by Rila Solutions.
