Rumen Radev: Unrelenting fight against corruption is a prerequisite for investors' confidence

Bulgaria may attract far more investors from the United States, yet this requires that we should do our homework – the fight against corruption should be carried out in a really unrelenting manner. This is what President Rumen Radev said to journalists, emerging from a meeting held in New York with US President Bill Clinton (1993-2001).

"We can rely on US President Clinton's support for ensuring that Bulgaria should enjoy a stronger presence among US business and society", Rumen Radev also pointed out. The head of state reiterated that there was a discrepancy between the extremely high level of bilateral political cooperation and insufficient presence of US business in Bulgaria.

Rumen Radev invited Bill Clinton to visit our country yet again and deliver a lecture to Bulgarian students.
