The Bulgarian Head of State raised the issue concerning the decision made by Greece to introduce a preventive tax of 26 percent, which will be imposed on physical and legal entities registered in Bulgaria and in other countries with low tax rates.

A special ceremony and a concert marked the World Autism Awareness Day, 2 April, when the building of the presidential institution was illuminated in blue. Under the auspices of the Head of State Rosen Plevneliev the day was marked in Bulgaria for a fourth year in a row, within the world campaign for raising the awareness of the problems related to autism “Light it up blue.”

The process of EU enlargement with the West Balkan countries is among Bulgaria’s foreign policy priorities and will be in the focus of Bulgaria’s EU presidency in 2018.
